The property is professionally cleaned before your arrival and fitted with hotel quality linens and towels.The spaceThe house is newly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area and living room.There is also an outstanding terrace with a table and four chairs to enjoy some outside downtime. There are two upstairs bedrooms with king-sized beds, big windows and plenty of storage space. The front facing bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom is facing the back terrace.Guests can enjoy the hustle and bustle of bohemian Portobello Road and sophisticated Notting Hill or unwind in this peaceful apartment with lots of quiet outside space in the back.Guest accessGuests will have the entire apartment to themselves. There is a street level entrance door. Please do not use the barbecue.Other things to note* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. The flat?s convenient location gives you a quick access to a great choice of shops, restaurants and bars. Guests will also be able to spend a relaxing afternoon in Notting Hill. The tube station is less than a 10 minute walk away, with the Circle line, Hammersmith and City line are also available from Ladbroke Grove.
