Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 4 pm, but please be mindful of noise after 11 pm.The garden is private, fully fenced and secure. It’s accessed via the kitchen and master bedroom. We live nearby if you should need us, but otherwise you will be left to feel at home.There is no daytime parking outside the property. You can park on the street overnight after 6:30pm on Monday - Friday until 8:30am next day; on Saturday you can park after 6:30pm and Sunday parking is free all day. If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and all of your deposit will be charged.- Quiet hours 10pm - 8am.- NO unregistered guests/visitors are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you invite an unregistered visitor.- If you wish to book for more than 4 guests, this would need to be arranged with us prior - please send us a request.Please no shoes in the apartment.
